Fresh Cilantro Relish

Serves 4-6


Ingredients


3 cups fresh cilantro leaves
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 fresh hot green chili pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice


Directions


In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form a paste. Adjust seasoning to taste.


Serve chilled, as a chutney or dip.
