Laura-Fajita Skillet

3 Tbsp. Olive oil.
1/2 lb. Chicken
1.2 lb. beef sirloin
1 medium Green pepper
1 small Onion
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Corn starch
2 Tbsp. Lime juice
1 Medium tomato (optional)

In a small skillet, cook chicken and beef, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin and pepper in oil for 3-4 mins.

In a small bowl mix the corn starch and lime juice until smooth. Stir the mixture into the skillet and bring to a boil.

Cook and stir 1 min. Stir in tomatoes.
